- Connection with carrier and co-loader and closely monitor the operation process such as loading at warehouse, custom clearance, actual on-board date.
- Communicate with overseas and customer and make the most updated information
- Prepare/Check necessary documents used for the order
- Input shipment data and cost into Pegasus system, and issue debit note and credit note. Ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time closing
- Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendor to ensure the smooth operations
- Communicate with local agent for delivery &on board time
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements
- College degree(major in International Trade, English, Transportation will be a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar positions at IFF industry
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Team work spirit
