We are currently seeking a skilled Freelancer with expertise in UC4 and SQL. As an IT Production Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in performing daily checks, managing inquiries from our business stakeholders, and assisting with the resolution of technical issues.

Description
Conduct daily checks to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and applications.- Respond to inquiries from the business regarding technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT Production team to resolve incidents and minimize downtime.
- Assist in the management of the ticket backlog, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Utilize UC4 and SQL skills to automate and optimize processes where applicable.
- Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting procedures, configurations, and system changes.
- Provide support during the close of business activities, especially in a banking environment.
Profiles
- Proven experience in working with UC4 and SQL, with a strong command of both.
- Prior experience in a banking environment, familiar with close of business activities.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
