保障服务区域内的电力,空调,专用消防,安防,弱电(含会议)系统的正常运行。
岗位具体内容:
制定项目设施设备维修保养计划,跟进检查设施设备运行与维护进程;
管理工程团队,培训及考核下属员工专业技术知识、正确操作设施设备及正确使用工具方法;
配合及协助客户办公场所装修改造工程流程;
设施设备和维保供应商管理;
项目经理及客户分派的其它工作内容。

5年以上写字楼物业,设备设施领域工程管理经验;
具有丰富的实操经验,掌握暖通、给排水、电气等专业维保技能,;并能够独立完成一般性的故障处理;
熟练使用电脑及办公软件;
具有良好的沟通和客户服务意识。
