We are looking for a customer service and depot operations superstar!
Work within an international, well-established company to supply people from all over the world with our quirky campervans and cars for rental.
Experience in the rental sector is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Working hours will vary between 7am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday (Saturdays only as required for bookings).
Key skills include:
- Computer literacy
- Having a positive attitude and friendly manner
- Ability to multi task and adapt
- Staying cool and calm under pressure
- Will need a full, clean driver's license
Key tasks include:
- Prepare and clean vehicles ready for collection
- Assist in delivery of vehicles to mechanics, tyre companies, dealerships, windscreen companies
- Brief clients on obligations of vehicle hire & show customers their vehicles
- Ensuring all documents and payment required for booking are provided by customers
- Keeping the rental car manager software up to date
- Managing license, registration and preparation of rental fleet
- Liaise with company staff and customer emails
- Processing refund and credit enquiries
- Any ad hoc duties as required
