Job description
Harvey's Building Supplies is looking for an energetic & responsible person to deliver building supplies and assist in the daily warehouse activities.
Responsibilities include filling orders, receiving & putting away shipments, loading delivery vans, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and delivering to customers using the company cargo van.
Applicants must:
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have strong organizational skills with attention to details
- Have strong communication skills
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a cell phone and be willing to use it to contact delivery sites
- Be polite and courteous to customers
- Be capable of frequent lifting of heavy and large sized objects (eg cases of ceramic tile, drywall, etc)
Previous warehouse & delivery experience recommended.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
