IT-Supporter for temporary vacancy (approx. 5 months) in Tinglev

Area of Responsibility: As our clients new IT Supporter, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure and services. Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Supervising incoming support tickets and ensuring timely resolution.
- Staying updated on changes to Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange, and proactively acting to ensure the business is not negatively impacted by changes to Microsoft Modern Workplace.
- Supporting the business on new opportunities, security capabilities, and tools in Microsoft Modern Workplace.
- Participating in the security and vulnerability board with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks within IT and collaborating with various business owners.
- Providing user support to resolve IT-related issues.
- Assisting in tasks related to network infrastructure.
Starting Date: Preferred mid/end of August.
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications. besides your base salary, you will also be eligible for pension, "fritvalgsordning" etc.
Period of employment: approx. 5 months (with possibility of extension)
