Job Description
The role of Warehouse Supervisor in Stratford-Upon-Avon will involve:
- Allocating tasks to maximise the smooth running of the shift.
- Managing the pick/pack operation.
- Daily use of the WMS.
- Managing and meeting productivity targets.
- Operational improvements.
- Staff performance management and training.
- Health & Safety.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Warehouse Supervisor will have:
- Experience leading teams in a busy warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of using WMS.
- Good IT skills inc. Excel.
- The ability to manage and be part of a team effectively.
- Good organisational skills.
- A background in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
