What is your mission?
As Tribe Leader, you’ll be the Owner of the Product, or range of Products of the Tribe, including IT vision, IT assets (development & maintenance) and E2E processes. Your mission is to ensure steady, frequent, sustainable Customer value creation leading to long term sustainable business growth in line with Bank strategic plan. You will run the Tribe like your own business through set of indicators (P&L, budget, cost effectiveness, Customer satisfaction), applying creativity and initiative to overcome obstacles and ensure commitment to the Tribe's goals delivery.
What is expected from you? You’ll be responsible for managing the Product backlog of the Tribe on strategic level (Opus, Epics):
- Ensuring Customer needs and voice is embedded into the value creation process
- Sharing the Business strategy with all Tribe players and translate it into your Products, aligning OKRs and insuring cross-Tribes alignment at Opus levels;
- Increasing business synergy through cooperation, dependency minimization, reducing uncertainty, and enabling empowered, self-managed teams;
- Steering the Tribe Leadership team regarding the end-to-end and customer-centric architecture of the Product (customer journey, technology, process, change & run);
- Ensuring that products respect the law, Customer interests and BNPP standards (KYC, AML…). I ensure the risks related to the Tribe products are well assessed and managed;
- Providing the Product Owners and all the Tribe Members with the Product Vision, based on understanding of markets trends and Customer feedbacks;
- Prioritizing by ranking Opus and Epics in the backlog for the next Quarters (esp. QBR/QAP) based on Customer value;
- Analyzing the Product outcomes once released based on Customer feedbacks and the Business metrics to foster innovation & continuous improvements;
- Actively participating in the Life and Events of the Tribe I belong to, constantly motivating our Agile values and principles;
- You’ll be accountable for Tribe budget, and will be representing Tribe in planning ceremonies.
Who are your Customers?
Your Customers are the Customers of the Bank (existing and potential). However, it is possible that the users of our Products are not directly the end-Customer of the Bank but an another Tribe, itself serving the end-Customers (for example a Tribe focused on a Product that is an enabler to other Products, such as a CRM Platform).
We are all partners joining forces to deliver Value to the end-Customers.
Who you will be interacting with?
Empowered by the Management Board, you’ll belong to the Tribe Leadership Team:
- Interacting with Customers or counterpart providing voice of Customer to keep always Customer perspective in the focus;
- Working daily with counterparts in the Leadership Team in order to steer the Tribe on a daily base from an end-to-end perspective;
- Working with the Product Owners and Business Chapters Leaders in the Tribe and ensuring their direct hierarchical management;
- Interacting with other Tribe Leaders during the Agile Ceremonies and on a daily base in order to minimize functional dependencies and solve impediments;
- Interacting with the key Stakeholders (e.g. Heads of Sales, Finance) and CoE Leaders during the Agile Events and on a daily base in order to align on the CoE’s Vision or to source the right competencies;
- Fostering the emergence of Guilds within the Bank so that we can develop our knowledge and expertise around key topics for our Strategy and Products.

- 10 years of professional experience,
- 5 years of people management experience,
- Polish and English: working professional proficiency level,
- Proven track of delivering value to the organization in the last 2 years,
- Experienced in data-driven decision-making and prioritization,
- Experience in managing products or projects in cooperation with IT,
- Proven track of designing consistent customer experience across all distribution channels or segments or products,
- Experience in budgeting, financing and business case delivery versus plan,
- Knowledge of corporate banking products and operations,
- Experience in developing and implementing credit process for legal entities.
