We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance in the field of real estate law. As a Real Estate Legal Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations, handling legal matters related to property transactions, and providing legal counsel to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters, including property transactions, contracts, leases, and disputes.
- Review and draft legal documents, such as sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and property-related contracts.
- Conduct legal due diligence on real estate projects and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings related to real estate matters.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations and communicate the implications to the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and finance, to ensure legal compliance in real estate activities.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on legal aspects of real estate operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in UAE real estate laws and regulations.
- Proven experience working as a Legal Advisor or Legal Consultant in the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
