Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate reports of sensitive and confidential data on Spreadsheets
- Schedule and arrange appointments for the manager/executives
- General duties of sorting and scanning of expenses in both physical and digital formats
- Create simple card designs for clients from time to time
- Assist and remind the manager/executives of important deadlines
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum A-Level or Diploma holder
- Proficient in Spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
- Strong command of English needed
- Simple Canva knowledge would be an advantage
- Commitment period of at least 3 months
