Office Admin Assistant (Full-Time) [Singapore]


 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate reports of sensitive and confidential data on Spreadsheets
  • Schedule and arrange appointments for the manager/executives
  • General duties of sorting and scanning of expenses in both physical and digital formats
  • Create simple card designs for clients from time to time
  • Assist and remind the manager/executives of important deadlines
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum A-Level or Diploma holder
  • Proficient in Spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
  • Strong command of English needed
  • Simple Canva knowledge would be an advantage
  • Commitment period of at least 3 months
