- You will become an expert on an internally developed trading platform.
- Analysing technical data provided by the trading platform and identify a possible root cause.
- Following up on incidents reported by internal customers (there is no external customer that would use our trading platform).
- You will operate as an interface between the internal customer and internal development teams.
- Assist in severe incident-handling processes.
- Contribute to the release process which happens every week.
What makes you a great candidate?
- Experience with L2 or L3 application support, CI/CD or system administration.
- Passion for technology.
- Great communication skills.
- Ideally, you understand code and can interpret it in the right way (We write in Kotlin).
