If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile...every single day. We are looking for a highly motivated Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) Engineer, reporting to the Vertical Integration and FP&R Manager to join our team.
The Role :
The FP&R Engineer is responsible for leading site-wide implementation of FP&R Standards. The FP&R engineer works within a structure that requires interface with all levels and functions of the organization, and as such has to be able to build and nurture relationships with a wide variety of organizational partners (Operations, Maintenance, Quality and EHS departments), as well as outside contractors and suppliers to ensure the business and technical objectives of the projects are satisfied.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate rollout and implementation of FP&R Standards site-wide.
- Participate in FP&R Assessments (site internal and external).
- Ensure the site FP&R action plan up-to-date closure.
- Partner with focus factory management and team leaders to coordinate 5S and Visual Workplace implementation across all individual equipment, lines, tools and production/general areas.
- Partner with Plant Management and Maintenance Engineer to ensure progress and continuous improvement in both Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance programs of the site.
- Partner with factory management to prioritize and select CI opportunities based on feasibility and potential business value (projects of productivity improvement, change-over time reduction, material losses reduction, equipment reliability enhancement).
- Partner with factory management and Human Resources to ensure the requirements of the FP&R People Capability Standard are effectively implemented. This includes, but is not limited to: job descriptions for all operating and coordinating level positions, training and development plans and tracking.
- Partner with Plant Floor Systems Team to ensure implementation of digital tools and systems site wide
What you need for this position:
- Degree: Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering degree (or equivalent), ideally at postgraduate level
- Communication skills: Excellent command of Greek and English languages
- Digital literacy: PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Analytical thinking: Analysis of regulations, compliance guidelines, safety practices, audit reports
- Technical skills: Understanding of site processes.
- Safety Awareness: Promotes safety awareness and models safe behavior
It’s an advantage to have:
- Familiarity with Company practices related to Safety, Quality and Microbiology, and plant financials.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
