Job Description;
Job Requirement:
5-6 Years experienced HSE department in food and catering background
Nationality -Indians only
Salary :
4500 AED to 5000 AED
- Minimum 6 years of experience required in hospitality and Catering operation, in similar position
- Should be a Graduate holding at least a HACCP. HABC level certification.
- Qualified in implementation of EMS, OSHAD , QMS and QHSE practices
- Should have excellent analytical and MS Office skills
- Food safety knowledge is must
- Fluency in written and verbal English language
- Should be confident and possess a strong personality
- Ability to resolve issues and handle pressure with a positive outlook
- Able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures
- Possess excellent training and report writing skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Should be young, dynamic and a team player
