We're seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a positive attitude
- Responsible for overseeing clerical and administrative tasks.
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies.
- Managing files and recording information as needed
- Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them
- Coordinate with the management in scheduling internal and external meetings
- Coordination with internal teams in the event management
- Providing support to Admin and HR for documentation.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
- Assist the HR team in scheduling job interviews and communicating with candidates
Requirements:
- Intermediate or Bachelor's degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Experience must be 1-3 years in a similar role
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service attitude
Location: Lahore, Johar Town Phase-2
Job timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Mon- Fri)
Salary Package: PKR40,000
