Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Associate will assist in providing analytical, promotional, administrative and sales support services to CRM sales professionals. In this role, you will contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards and represent CRM to external and internal customers. Key Accountabilities

Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity, following established policies and procedures.

Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Help support business growth by disseminating information that favorably promotes the organization and its products and services.

Collaborate with senior staff to prepare strategies to protect, grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers.

Participate in development and delivery of sales bids, presentations and proposals and conducting product demonstrations.

Ensure data in the internal systems accurate and current.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
