About your future role
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Design, execute and develop E2E CVM campaigns following business requirements expressed by project;
- Define, apply, and enhance processes for the execution of CVM campaigns assuring total quality and complying with service agreements;
- Implement marketing automation strategies to identify and pursue customer base development;
- Create and keep updated and effective campaign execution plan;
- Define and Track deployments KPIs and ensure respect of time/cost constraints;
- Study and test actions within the marketing automation platform to improve campaign performance KPIs;
- Create reports and dashboards that highlight performance and effectively represent concepts and trends;
- Build monitoring systems and uses operative reporting to assure effectiveness, execution and reach of the campaign objectives, making continuous improvements to optimise results
- Collaborate with other corporate teams to meet the functional requirements expressed in campaign briefs
- Actively contribute to data scientist and solution teams to improve and share processes and campaign results
- Support the head of CVM Platform in managing the development team in adherence with the CML projects pipeline
- Interact with the Delivery/Activation leads to define and maintain the bank execution plan;
- Participate to the definition of the risk management and the total prevention of deployment incidents, and assure its execution;
- Ensure correctness of campaign segmentation and data quality of segmentation based on the campaign brief
- Activate and orchestrate external contributors needed for deployments;

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- Preferred Education: STEM or Economics
- Fluent and professional level of English
- At least 4+ years on marketing roles in international context and in Digital Marketing and Campaign Management activities on multi-channel projects.
- Experience in wider Customer Value Management and Marketing topics
- Professional experience on Customer Journeys, Customer Lifecycle and Campaign Management domains, preferably from Consumer industries such as Telco, Media, Digital Natives or from FSI operators and fintechs. Alternatively, experience in leading management consulting companies with strong positioning on the above mentioned domains (e.g., Deloitte Digital, Accenture, etc.)
- Knowledge of tools and methods of digital marketing (Marketing principles, analytics, optimization, digital channel integration)
- Ability to analyse data and interpret campaign performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
- Deep knowledge and experience on Salesforce suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio/Personalization knowledge is a plus (any Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus).
- Excellent skills in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, know how to integrate data within Marketing Automation platforms
- Creativity and the ability to propose innovative solutions to achieve marketing objectives
- Strong attention to detail to meet deadlines and turn in high-quality work.
- In-depth knowledge of relational and SQL databases
- Be familiar with front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery)
