Security Coordinator [Philippines]


 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as an account officer and be primarily responsible in the overall management of assigned security agency contracts / accounts
  • Ensures the delivery of quality service to clients in accordance to SLA and KPIs
  • Develops and spearheads security programs for the efficient, responsive and effective security service to clients including but not limited to trainings, audits, and surveys
  • Arrange, facilitate and coordinate training programs for the assigned clients/accounts
  • Provide guidance and coaching to the agency’s security personnel to help improve their performance, and enhance their knowledge and skills
  • Conduct investigations, audits, networking, and other similar tasks
  • Develop a strong partnership with the client’s management team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in security operations
  • Strong, and demonstrable knowledge and background in security management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, customer service oriented
  • High level of personal integrity and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
