  • · Do daily record-keeping and filing of document
  • Provide general support to other persons in the organization
  • Assist in other administrative duties from time to time
  • Answer and screen telephone calls and respond to emails, messages, and other correspondences
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly
  • Manage calendar, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Ensure meetings are effectively organize
  • Prepare minutes of the meeting
  • Order and safekeep office supplies
  • Communicate and correspond with other persons in the organization
  • Perform other tasks including filing and photocopying

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php13,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Promotion to permanent employee

Schedule:

  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Plaridel, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Secretary: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
