RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, maintain and update local product registration and regulatory compliance files
• Ensure regulatory compliance of all OTC and MD products
• Amend registration dossier as necessary for country specific regulatory requirements and prepare for submission the registration applications, working closely with Global team
• Ensure that the pipeline is properly delivered from a regulatory point of view, adapting the strategy to local needs and requirements within agreed and tight timelines
• Ensure correct labelling in Greek artworks along with the Marketing team
• Update and maintain local regulatory databases
• Cooperation with supply for importations/custom clearance issues. Build and grow internal cross-functional relationships to ensure high visibility and recognition among main stakeholders
• External focus and communication with authorities / trade associations / HCP
• Support the Regulatory & Medical Affairs Manager in ad hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in contributing to brand success through the provision of medical input and the cultivation of great synergies with key stakeholders will be considered an asset
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Good presentation skills
