About the Role
We currently have a great opportunity for a Quality Manager to join on team at Enfield in a permanent position. As our Quality Manager, you will be accountable for the management of Food Safety and Quality Systems at Enfield, ensuring consistent Quality products are manufactured and delivered to our customers.
Other Main Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure Customer standards are implemented and adhered too for the Site (certifications include BRC, HACCP, RSPO, Kosher, Halal)
- Supporting Site Leader and Management team with Quality Leadership and guidance to ensure Quality fit for purpose products are manufactured, driving Quality culture and food safety on Site.
- Hands -on attitude and comfortable being on the operational floor supporting testing, executing audits, and promoting good GMP practices & behaviours.
- Maintaining and continuously improving existing Quality Systems and procedures to meet Global (GFSI), MAURI and Customer standards.
- Leading the Internal audit process, challenging processes and providing guidance on findings
- Collaboration with the MAURI National Quality Team, supporting and providing input into National alignment & engagement initiatives.
- Liaising with Suppliers, as required, challenging systems and processes to eliminate risk to MAURI products and processes.
- KPI reporting and review to improve Site performance.
- Experience working in a Senior Coordinator or Quality Management role
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Technology, or a related technical discipline
- Internal Auditing experience and formal HACCP training.
- Allergen Management experience and having GFSI or Customer Standard Experience is beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and risk management to ensure food safety and a strong technical approach for problem solving and procedure/process development.
- Experience and knowledge in Quality Systems, implementation of GFSI Standards i.e. BRC/SQF/FSSC or similar.
- Excellent knowledge in GMP- Best Practice
- Collaborative mindset with hands-on attitude
