Job Description:
The Growth & Performance Marketing team within Sun Life’s Client Experience Office has embarked on a major transformation. As part of this transformation, we are continuously launching and testing new ideas, platforms, and solutions to generate more leads and opportunities for our retail advisor network. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for taking new ideas from ideation all the way to operationalization; working with our evolving network of partner start-ups as well as across the organization including technology, CX design, social media, and operations.
This role requires a strong strategic thinker with excellent data analysis and business case writing skills. Your mandate will be to use insights to strategize and test new growth initiatives while digging into results to inform what we do next. You will articulate what we are doing, why, how it’s performing, and what’s next in a clear and concise manner. From there, you will support these solutions by collaborating with/influencing key stakeholders to drive its execution.
What you will be doing?
Working closely with business, functional leaders, and advisors to support the future vision and roadmap of the platform while developing & presenting recommendations to senior leadership
Brainstorming new solutions and solving for client and advisor backed by insights from supporting data and analytics
Defining project objectives, work streams, owners, and milestones that can be taken through to execution
Tracking client experience and lead generation measures then problem solving and testing out new approaches that can enable success
Support the senior leadership team in enhancing dashboards to measure and track performance, question assumptions, provide insight and analysis and ensure decisions backed by data
Develops and maintains tools and processes to report on internal CoE objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
What you need to succeed?
Effective work planning and strong analytical skills identifying critical business issues
Willingness to challenge conventional thinking supported by an effective problem solving approach
Highly inquisitive/curious, excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights, link concepts and opportunities for improvement
The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
