PERSONAL ASSISTANT [Malaysia]


 

REPONSIBLE

  • Managing daily and organize meeting and appointments, often controlling access to the director
  • Manage and handle director’s business trip, travels, personal arrangements etc.
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Oversee and manage the administrative function of the organization and the team
  • Oversee service agreements/contract and ensure compliance and validity
  • Reminding the director of important tasks and deadline
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/ administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Any other task or project assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Secretary / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Good Communication
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related fields

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
